In pursuing BSD’s vision and mission, we offer training programs to enrich the knowledge of industrial workforces contributing to mitigating operational risks, accidents, and protecting the environment. The training improves the shortage of skilled workers that underscores the critical role of a competence center for system engineering. The rapid development of technology, systems, processes, and learning methods means that companies must utilize intelligent, agile methods in their leadership and inspire their employees.
The industrial workforces must be trained and regularly refreshed both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills regarding operation safety and technical. Operation skill training is a preventive measure that is essential to prevent accidents. In order to develop safe working habits, a person needs to be able to gain confidence in their protective equipment and their abilities. We have developed training concepts that convey all relevant safety aspects in a realistic environment and in a short time, and training takes place under the supervision of our experienced trainers.
Each successful participant receives a certificate. Our training courses are officially certified in accordance with relevant standards.
Blade repair training

| Level 1: Inspection – 3 days – For WTG Service technicians, Site Managers, Wind farm owners /technicians |
| Level 2: Blade repair – 10 days – For WTG Service technicians |
| Level 3: Structural Blade repair – 10 days – For WTG Service technicians |
